A Note From Our Co-founders

Susan Crumiller and Carrie Golberg, Co-founders of Survivors Law Project

Hi everybody!

Getting to spend every day fighting harassers and abusers is a dream come true. Building a law firm that “gets it” while providing aggressive, quality representation to survivors has been the journey of a lifetime. And now, New York has opened a one-year window for all adult sex abuse claims, no matter how long ago they occurred.

We’ve both built successful teams of truly gifted lawyers and advocates who share that rare blend of kindness (toward our clients) and ferocity (against our adversaries). Susan’s firm fights discrimination in the workplace and healthcare; Carrie’s for victims of tech abuse and gender based violence online and off. Where our firms’ expertise overlaps is in the fight for the rights of sexual abuse survivors – which we both are.

That’s why we are so proud to announce the launch of the Survivors Law Project: the power of our teams combined, not only with the creativity and brilliance that has gotten such great results for each firm’s clients, but the strength and resilience that friendship and community brings. Together, we win. We stand ready to pursue justice for and with survivors, and we believe no other law firm comes close to what we offer.

Whether you, or someone you love, has been sexually abused or harassed, please contact us. We’re here and we’re ready to help.

With just the right combination of empathy, anger, support, and validation,

-Susan and Carrie
